The Congressional Malaria Caucus
The caucus is a bipartisan effort to raise awareness of the United States' and the international community's fight against the malaria epidemic and to support increasing efforts to stem its tide. The caucus supports the deployment of key malaria interventions including insecticide-treated nets and effective medications, investments in new research and the strong funding of bi- and multi-lateral programs including the President's Malaria Initiative and the the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

The Senate Working Group on Malaria
In recognition of the support and resources needed for the success of anti-malaria initiatives, a group of Senators have established a Senate Working Group to sustain awareness and support for anti-malaria efforts. The group plans to share information on the best practices in fighting the disease, as well as working with the Obama administration to ensure maintained approaches to fighting the disease.
